Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed - Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if:
The product is damaged during delivery
Incorrect product is delivered

Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery
Proof (photos/videos) may be required
Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay to the original payment method - Non-Refundable Cases
Change of mind after delivery
